Delivery & Returns

Delivery: 

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries, and ship throughout Australia and New Zealand. 

We are proud to offer free tracked shipping from our Sydney based warehouse. Expect your delivery within 2-8 days from order depending on where you live.

Want it urgently? We also offer a paid express shipping method at checkout.

When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Aus Post will also send you a follow up email that says your delivery is on its way. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

If your order does not arrive within 12 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Australia Post. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. Australia Post may contact you offering safe drop - if you accept this we do not take responsibility for the package. 

Returns Policy: 

Sorry, we know this is the boring legal mumbo-jumbo, but take a minute to have a read of our return policy.

We offer returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order. However, not all items are eligible. To be eligible for a return:

  1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
  2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
  3. Item(s) must not be used, still in original packaging and must be in original condition. This includes the plastic wrap, box and any other materials that come with the product.

You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.

If your return item arrives without the packaging or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If the return is due to change of mind, we will refund the product to 100% of its value, but you will be required to cover the return fee. During sale events like the current 40% off sitewide warehouse clearance, change of mind refunds are not accepted. 

If the return is due to a product fault, we will cover the return fee and provide a full refund. A return shipping label will be emailed to you, please attach this to the original packaging before dropping it off at a post office near you.

If you need to return your order please email our team at help@zoetech.com.au with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.
