All of our products are shipped directly from our Sydney Warehouse. You can expect your order to be delivered within 1-8 days

How Does Shipping & Delivery Work?

You’ve made an order, the sun is shining and you are ready to take back your power & live pain free knowing your ZoeTech product is on its way - now what?

 If your order is eligible for same day delivery, this will appear at check out.

 10am cut off for same day delivery

 2pm cut off for evening delivery

 If after 2pm, next day delivery

Otherwise, please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

All orders are sent when all items are ready in full - this means that if you have a pre-order item in your order, all items will wait until that latest item is available and then will be sent out at the same time. Sometimes there is too much love to put in one parcel so you may get multiple Zoe Tech packages from our different fulfilment locations across Australia. Not to worry though, they will still be sent at the same time. 

Your product will then gently be sent via our amazing couriers (Australia Post) and then it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within **2-8 business days.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow this magical journey.

**Please note: all shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised next to the product name in brackets), this is the date of dispatch. The delivery timeframe starts from the pre-order date it ships on. If there’s no date next to the product name, you’re in luck - it’s ready to go!

How Much Do I Pay for Shipping?

If you’re located in Australia, not a cent! We send out all orders via free standard shipping with Australia Post. Australia Post quotes us 2-8 business days for this delivery service after your order has been picked and packed.

 

Need it urgently? We also offer a paid express shipping method at checkout.

How Do I Track my Order?

Time to celebrate – it’s on its way! After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Your order may be on pre-order, as confirmed on the website at time of purchase. Be sure to check your original order confirmation, you won’t receive a shipping confirmation email until that pre-order date.

Help, I think my order is lost/ hasn’t been received?

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although Australia Post quotes us 2-8 business days for delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a ‘delayed’ delivery date.

If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 12 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post.

*Please note: Once we pass your ZoeTech order to Australia Post, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by Australia Post. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Oops, you’ve noticed your order is not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.

If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You can still redirect it via the Australia Post tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

What is Pre-Order?

We get it - you guys can’t get enough of ZoeTech, literally! Sometimes when our products start selling like hotcakes, unfortunately we can completely sell out before our next round of stock reaches our fulfilment centre. If this happens, we will put those items up for pre-order before they’ve arrived. We know what date our stock is due to arrive, so this is the date in brackets next to the product name. All orders will then be shipped out to our customers on that specified date. This allows our customers to ensure they get their hands on the ZoeTech of their dreams and start living their best lives.

Do you have a returns policy?

Sorry, we know this is the boring legal mumbo-jumbo, but take a minute to have a read of our return policy. We offer free returns for 30 days from the date of delivery/receiving of order.

However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

How long do I have to return my Zoe Tech product?

We know the drill – you’ve been needing to return it, but life gets in the way. We are happy to help you return that one, and offer a 30 day return period for you to make that tough decision! Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Sadly, we know that sometimes the product is just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your ZoeTech product to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days and still in acceptable condition.

Do I have to pay for returns?

We’ve got you covered here too. All returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within Australia will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office! Just contact our friendly team a help@zoetech.com.auand they will be able to help you along the way.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant (eg. Afterpay) directly.

How secure is your payment?

Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

What payment types do you offer?

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer GooglePay and ApplePay too!

Need a little longer to pay for your ZoeTech order? We offer Afterpay and ZipPay payment plans for Australian customers only.

How do I use a discount code?

Woo, it’s on sale - so you’re basically saving money (at least, that’s what we tell ourselves when something is on sale). Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.

TENS Device

How does it charge/how long does the battery last?

Our TENS device comes with a rechargeable battery and USB charging cord. Our TENS device takes approximately 40 minutes to fully charge and will last for approximately 300 minutes.

What is the intensity/feel like?

Our TENS device offers adjustable levels of intensity that provide both soothing vibrations and a more intense pulse, all with the aim of confusing pain receptors, preventing pain signals (such as period cramps) from reaching the brain.

How long do the electrode pads last?

The electrode pad needs to be replaced when it no longer adheres to the skin (approximately 25-30 applications).

Can the TENS device be used for back pain?

The TENS device can be used for muscular aches and pains, on either the lower stomach area or lower back.

However, we strongly advise you to consult with your doctor or suitable medical professional first when seeking relief for any existing condition

Migraine Headband

What essential oils are infused in the headband?

Our Migraine Headbands come infused with lavender aroma. This is a subtle aroma designed to soothe and calm the wearer.

 

This combined with the proven power of ice therapy ❄️ is what makes our Migraine Headbands a suitable natural way to calm angry, painful headaches 😇

Does the headband come with an option without essential oils?

We use Lavender as an essential oil in our Migraine Headbands, as it is commonly used for stress relief and relaxation.

 

We understand of course that everybody is unique and just like anything in life, this won’t be suitable for everyone. We know that no one knows your body’s limits quite like yourself and advise all of our customers to take into consideration what works best for them!

How long does the coldness last?

Depending on how long you pop it in the fridge/freezer for, our cooling Migraine Headband will soothe and calm for approximately 20 - 30 minutes. Just like any cooling/ice pack, it will need to be reinvigorated every now and then in the fridge/freezer to help it reach its full potential ❄️

 

Our headbands are also fully adjustable, allowing you to find the perfect level of soothing pressure for maximum relief in minimum time.

Is it suitable for children?

Our Migraine Headbands come with gel ice packs, just like you would buy at the chemist. If your child has used an ice pack on their head before it would be just like this but secured with a headband! 

 

Our headbands are more suited size-wise for an adult, however they do come with adjustable velcro so you can find the perfect pressure.

Infrared Sauna Blanket

What’s the max temperature/temperature range?

Our Sauna Blankets come with 4 adjustable temperature settings to suit your needs.

 

30°C - 35°C soothing and stimulating, a relaxing mood, sense of well-being35°C - 40°C for increased soothing effect and muscle relaxation 40°C - 50°C as an adjust to physical therapy, e.g. rheumatoid arthritis50°C - 60°C for increase sweating via temperature

 

The maximum temperature our sauna blankets can go up to is 80°C. It’s very important to listen to your body and find what works best for you. We would recommend starting at 50°C and working your way up from there.

 

We recommend that you enter the blanket 3-5 minutes after turning it on, as it takes time for the blanket to reach its target temperature in winter.

What is the EMF rating/how much EMFs does the blanket emit?

We can assure you that our Sauna Blankets and all of our ZoeTech products have been tested against and passed Australian standards and that our Sauna Blankets have passed EMF testing with low EMF heating.

Does it meet Australian safety standards?

We can assure you that our Sauna Blankets and all of our ZoeTech products have been tested against and passed Australian standards and that our Sauna Blanket has the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM).

 

Infrared rays are perfectly safe. Additionally you can control the temperature. So if you’re inexperienced with saunas, we recommend starting low to test your tolerance.

Does the sauna blanket use near or far infrared rays?

The IR wavelength for our Sauna Blankets is 8-15µm. All of our ZoeTech products have been tested against and passed Australian standards and our Sauna Blankets have passed EMF testing with low EMF heating.

What is the sauna blanket made of?

Our Sauna Blankets are made with carbon fibre heating wires and PU leather. The PU leather we use is flame retardant and vegan-friendly.

How many calories will I burn/Is it good for weight loss?

Our sauna blankets are beneficial for a number of reasons. They are a great way to rid the body of nasty toxins, through sweating.

 

The higher temperatures can cause your heart rate to increase in a way similar to exercise, however this increase only causes a slightly higher calorie burn than sitting at rest.

 

We strongly advise you to consult with your doctor or suitable medical professional first when seeking medical and weight loss advice :)

How many times a week can I use the sauna blanket?

We recommend using your sauna blanket approximately 2-3 times per week for maximum benefits.

 

However, you should always listen to your own body and use the sauna blanket whenever you feel you need it!

What should I wear while using the sauna blanket?

We would recommend wearing anything that you would be comfortable sweating in, but this is completely up to your own preference :)

How do I clean it/Do I need to use a towel to soak up the sweat?

We wouldn't recommend placing a towel inside the sauna blanket while in use, however cleaning it is as simple as a wipe down with a non-corrosive cleaner and a microfibre cloth or soft towel after use.

How does it compare to competitors?

The benefits of our Sauna Blanket are that we use safe and beneficial infrared rays mimicking a common infrared sauna room to help soothe busy brains, achy joints, and muscular tension.

Will this cause damage to my skin?

Definitely NOT! The temperature of our Period Pain Belt is tolerable and is proven safe during our quality check. It also gives you the option to adjust the temperature according to your needs. As a general precaution, please do not use if you have existing burns/ wounds in the area to avoid further damage.

How do I know when the device is fully charged?

When charging, the LED light flashes. You'll know when it's fully charged when the light stays on.

Does the device vibrate?

No it does not. You will feel gentle, soothing, light zings on your palm instead.

Will it work immediately?

Do you have an option for a wristband instead of this handheld device?

Sorry, this is a pulse device specifically designed to be held by the palm.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
