Frequency & Temperature Guide
Program 0: (P)
PEMF is off, press and hold the PEMF button for several seconds to terminate the active PEMF program.
Program 1: (P0)
Is for the manual frequency selection for 1 to 30Hz using the frequency controller dial. Use the lower frequencies for relaxation and higher rates of invigoration.
Program 2: (P1,2,3,9)
Are waking and energizing programs with the gradual uprise of PEMF frequencies.
Program 3: (P4,7,8,F)
Are relaxation programs decreasing PEMF frequencies. P8 in particular is an all-night sleeping program.
Program 4: (P5,6,A,E)
Are balancing harmonious programs for daytime rest, meditation and re-energizing. They combine relaxing descent of frequencies with activating uprise.

What are the temperature levels?
Our PEMF Mat comes with 4 adjustable temperature settings to suit your needs.
► Setting 1 (30°C - 40°C ): Soothing warmth designed to aid muscle relaxation.
► Setting 2 (45°C - 50°C): Best for muscle recovery and relaxation.
► Setting 3 (55°C - 60°C ): Toasty warmth designed to get your blood flowing.
► Setting 4 (65°C - 70°C): Designed to mimic the effects of a sauna. Helping your body sweat and detoxify.
It’s very important to listen to your body and find what works best for you. We would recommend starting at 30°C and working your way up from there.
What does it feel like?
Depending on the temperature you choose, this can either be a soothing warmth or a higher heat that mimics a sauna.
